We're excited to announce the return of The Sam’s Pants, our legendary American-made gravel bike. Built by hand with clean, modern lines using double and triple-butted Columbus Zona steel tubing, this bike is built to go.  Get lost, explore singletrack, see where that gravel road leads to.. The Sam's Pants is built to last and has the durability to bring you back home.

“We built our first gravel bike over 13 years ago,” said Tim Moore, REEB Cycles Sales Director. “At the time, no one at REEB was sure about drop-bar bikes or skinny jeans, so they named the new bike after a local shop kid, Sam, who introduced everyone to the latter. And The Sam’s Pants was born. While we’re still unsure about skin-tight denim, one thing we’ve learned is that it’s hard to beat the sense of adventure found behind the handlebars of a gravel bike.

Now heading into our 15th year, we're honoring our roots with the 2025 Sam’s Pants—a tribute to steel bike heritage,  refreshed with progressive geometry and modern features. Designed for everything from daily commutes to podium finishes (ask Joe Grant, who raced it on the Colorado Trail Race), this bike balances performance, durability, and all-day comfort.

We’ve slackened the head tube, lengthened the reach, and shortened the chainstays slightly to make this the most agile and stable Sam’s Pants ever. With 54mm tire clearance, a third bottle boss on the downtube, and intentional frame bag space, it’s built for serious adventures.

  • Columbus triple-/double-butted 25CroMo4 seamless alloy tubeset

  • 420mm axle-to-crown for suspension fork compatibility

  • Three bottle mounts (2 in triangle, 1 under downtube)

  • 44mm head tube

  • Clearance for 29” x 2.2” tires

  • 68mm BSA threaded bottom bracket shell

  • 142x12mm rear spacing with SRAM UDH compatibility

  • 27.2mm seatpost diameter

  • Flat-mount disc brakes (140mm standard)

  • External cable routing + dropper post port

A small batch of 2025 Sam’s Pants frame sets is now open for pre-order with July delivery. Choose from three build kit options or full custom, five sizes (XS–XL) as well as six stock colors, custom color upgrades available at an additional charge.
